At Mobile Battery and Tire of Jacksonville, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. We understand that there might be instances when you need a warranty replacement or seek a refund for a purchase. This Warranty/Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns for batteries and tires purchased from us.
1. Refund / Warranty Eligibility:
Batteries: Battery sales are final and refunds will not be given. We do offer a warranty on our batteries which may differ based on the type of battery. To be eligible for a warranty battery replacement, the battery should not have been damaged in any way, removed by a third party, misused, and must test bad. For warranty issues, customer must first call us and give us a chance to come out and test the battery and replace it if it's within the warranty period. Service costs, labor, and installation is not covered by the battery warranty and will be incurred by the customer.
Tires: New and Used tires are not eligible for a refund once installed. New tires deemed defective by us may be covered by manufacture warranty based on the tire. Used tires come with no warranty and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
